2 Timothy 3:6 Paul describes them “always learning but never able to acknowledge the truth.”
Most of the Christians I know are either in a perpetual learning state or in a vegetative state. Some who are learning are open to the power and movement of the Holy Spirit. Some who are vegetating are open to the power and movement of the Holy Spirit. And some, are simply unable to acknowledge the truth of the Holy Spirit. The truth that He manifests in believers even today with the evidence of tongues, prophecy and signs and wonders.
